General maintenance and repair. Primarily serving commercial residential housing, and small businesses. Specializing in short term work, long term as-needed / on-call, and temporary maintenance services.

I also offer marine service and repairs. Including, engine repairs and maintenance, fiberglass and gelcoat repairs, custom woodworking, custom fiberglass work, and electrical and plumbing repairs.
What are the rates of your services?
Our rates are very competitive, at $35.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of $50.00 . Discounts may be available for long term “as-needed” or commercial clients. Billing options may be available for commercial clients, ask us for more information or to see if you qualify for billing options.
What areas do you service ?
We service all of Sheboygan County. Also serving locations outside of Sheboygan Co, which may be subject to travel fees and minimum service times. Ask us if we’re able to assist you.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured and can provide a COI if requested.
What are your terms and conditions?
No contracts or long term commitments. Services are are billed at 15 min increments, and phone interruptions or breaks are not included in billed time. Travel fees if applicable are billed per mile round-trip. Payment is due at time of service, and may require a deposit. Billing options are available for commercial clients, contact us for more information.
Are you experienced?
Yes, I have over 30 years experience with repairs and maintenance. I also worked as a fulltime maintenance technician for a local affordable housing property.
